We ship worldwide. Shipping timelines and costs may vary by destination, delivery method, customs process, and remote-area availability.

Orders are prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. During high-volume periods, order processing and delivery preparation may take up to 5-7 days.

02 - Delivery Time

United States

  • Expedited shipping: approximately 7 business days.
  • Standard shipping: approximately 13-15 business days.

International

Delivery times for countries outside the United States are confirmed case by case and may vary by destination, customs clearance, courier routing, and local delivery conditions.

03 - Shipping Cost

Orders over $120 qualify for free shipping where available.

Shipping fees vary by country and region. Additional shipping fees may apply for remote delivery areas, outlying regions, or addresses requiring special courier handling.

Couriers may vary by destination and availability. Orders may ship through carriers such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, or other courier partners.

04 - Tracking

Order status and tracking link

After placing an order, you will receive an order link within 72 hours. Once your order ships, tracking details will be provided when available through the courier or order status page.

05 - Taxes, Duties, and Customs

  • Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges are billed separately depending on the destination country.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
  • International shipping fees may vary depending on country, region, and remote-area classification.
  • Customs processing may affect delivery timelines and is outside our direct control.

06 - Address Changes and Cancellations

Address changes or cancellation requests may be submitted within 48 hours of placing an order. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the address or cancel the shipment.

If separate orders are placed, they will ship individually. Combined shipping is not available for separate orders. To combine items into one shipment, please cancel existing orders when eligible and place one new order.

07 - Returns and Exchanges

Returns

  • Returns can be requested once the order status shows "Delivered."
  • Even after receiving the product, it may take up to 24 hours for the status to update to "Delivered."
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  • The product must be unused and include all original components.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are not generally provided.
  • Products with manufacturing defects can be exchanged for the same product.
  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • If you want a different product, please return the received item and place a new order.

08 - Delays, Loss, and Damage

If your package is delayed, lost, damaged, or shows an unexpected delivery issue, please contact us at annah51f@gmail.com. We will help review the case and coordinate next steps where possible.

09 - Delivery Responsibility

Please review your tracking status and delivery address carefully.

Once tracking shows that a package has been delivered, the shipment is generally considered completed. If the package cannot be located, please contact the courier first and then reach out to us so we can help review the issue.
